摘要：Synthesis of graphene by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method, especially on Cu substrate, has been showing promising for the industrial production of graphene. This presentation will firstly discuss about the growth mechanisms – either by segregation/precipitation or by surface medium process. Then the Cu-CVD process will be further discussed, which includes (1) effects of process factors (P, T, etc.) on graphene domain size, (2) defects, and (3) applications.  Finally, the challenges will be discussed.
