“李薰青年学者讲座奖”获奖人应是长期在境外机构从事科研工作，对华长期友好、立场坚定，在材料及相关领域取得优异科研成绩、 年龄不超过45周岁的境外专家学者。

“李薰青年学者讲座奖”每年奖励名额不多于10人，每名获奖者将获得奖牌1枚，接待经费由我所负担，具体开支范围与标准按照我所外宾接待相关管理规定执行。
